Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree and a copy is stored securely in our database (hosted on Supabase).
- Payment Information: If you purchase the Field Notes guide, payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details — Razorpay handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
- Live Chat: We use Crisp for live chat support. Crisp may collect your browser type, IP address, and chat messages. See Crisp's privacy policy.
- Automatically Collected Data: Like most websites, our server may log your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use Google Analytics to measure visits and which pages and links are used, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (for example clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings), so we can improve it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your project inquiries and messages
- Deliver purchased digital products (Field Notes)
- Improve our website and services
- Communicate with you about ongoing projects
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your contact form submissions are stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted on Supabase (servers located in the Asia-Pacific region). We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that submitted data is only accessible to authorized team members.
